New office, great location. It’s a job that you actually want to go in to the office for. The people are all fantastic, working towards the same goals and truly share the values and mission of the company. Depending on the day breakfast or lunch is brought in for the employees, and there’s the option to work from home two days a week. Employees are heard by management and the executive team, and our input is actioned as well. There’s not many companies (no matter how big or small) where the CEO comes by to say hello to every team and employee, but Bobbie does this, and it shows how much she truly cares about the work everyone does. I have never felt like I belonged at a company until working here, and I’m so excited to be a part of this as we continue to grow.

Start up/scale up isn’t for everyone, but if you’re open to learn, open to change and want to feel like you’re a part of some amazing growth, it’s a great place to work.
