      Pros

      I recommend working here as a Virtual assistant to anyone who is thinking of it. Yes you start off a bit lower, but you have to remember they bring you the clients, they do the sales and marketing and all the overhead costs which are probably crazy if you think about it. Great company to work with.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule offers week and weekend schedules.

      Cons

      Low pay. Must invest almost ten unpaid hours on onboard proficiency assessments, group Zoom interview with other candidates, profile building, then 2+ hours orientation. Company doesn’t pay for any supplies needed to complete an assignment. Company demands that you not work another job when they’re assignments are inconsistent and pay is grossly low.
