Pros

For my team, I get to work highly autonomously but yet everyone on my team and other teams are super collaborative. A lot of people here are very smart, high performers so it’s great to work amongst this peer group.leaders are transparent and supportive of you has humans (work hard play hard style)

Cons

Other reviews got it right if you don’t like change you will struggle here. Also you have to take initiative and self lead otherwise if you like and want clarity and someone to tell you what to do, you will flounder here also. But some RACI model and system of work would be good because we are scaling not a scrappy start up so we can all do everything anymore - we need to work more efficiently and have clear lines of who’s doing what to get things done quicker. There’s no option to get bonus into RRSP so the tax on that is brutal.

Pros

Visier has a great company culture, where feedback and candor is welcome. Everyone genuinely wants to help you win, grow and mature your career. I feel professionally challenged an surrounded by incredibly smart people. The product itself is strong-- with a great trajectory for opportunity.

Cons

Needs more gender diversity in the C-Suite

Pros

A paycheck until you find something better.

Cons

The embedded sales division is a revolving door sold to execs as “special” but run on unstable, outdated, and neurotic processes that constantly fail. Leadership talks big but delivers results far below industry standards. Millions were wasted hiring new reps and marketing support — most were let go or quit within a year. Toxic leadership and a boys’ club culture make it worse.
