Easy job for someone able to work alone without supervision.
Cons
Pay isn’t the greatest when you have the responsibility of driving other people around in all types of weather. Can’t move up in the company. Only got a raise because minimum wage went up. Won’t pay overtime. Unpaid benefits are only $900 per year for a family. Unable to purchase more through the job. No rrsp contributions.
