-Mileage Reimbursement -Opportunities to take on managerial or supervisory position - performance-based wage
Cons
-Fluctuating, inconsistent hours throughout the year, especially during the holidays. You may need another job to supplement you income if you plan on staying here. - Supervisors/managers have historically been on either great or grossly incompetent. Work/life balance hard to obtain -Performance-based wage is a double edged sword. You will be rewarded for succeeding and getting better at counting inventory but unless you do make the leap and supervise events you will not get that much more than the base salary, especially if you can't increase you ASET level.
