I've been in the company for over three years now and honestly, it's been fantastic. Every day is good, some are even great! The balance between my personal life and work is just right, and the pay is decent enough to live comfortably.

If you're looking for challenges every day, it might seem a bit too calm here. But for me, it's perfect as it is.

Excellent sales managers, top notch product. Decent training excellent technology tools. IT has moved to iPhones and Salesforce for CRM, which integrates well.

Operations limits sales as they look after their bottom line and bonus, not what is best for the company or the customer. Head office is in Edmonton, which limits some administration functions to starting at noon in the east.
