Pros

When in a management roll, the company gives you plenty of hours, sometimes too many and the pay is decent. The employee incentive program is pretty good when it comes to brand discounts. Promotions are quick and typically comes with a decent raise.

Cons

Ammended the stock program way too much, no longer felt 'employee owned'. The "abandoned shift" rule was too tough, sometimes management cant stay for a 16 hour shift, termination threats shouldnt be given for that. The sick policy is very limited and varies store by store. Some management follows, others dont. Benefits packages could be a lot better, especially when it comes to maternity leave.

Pros

As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

Cons

Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
