      Pros

      WorkSafe BC offers really good benefits, better than most of the public sector organizations not to mention the private sector.

      Cons

      Risk-adverse and stale environment with lots of people disengaged and working for their pension. It's worse in the IT division where its inability to keep up with technology changes leads to various attempts to outsource.
