Outside of the HR department, the company works relatively well, a good start for those looking to work in logistics. This is why the rating is a 2 star, not a 1 star.
Cons
-The HR department is led in a way that is borderline abusive. Team members are routinely reprimanded, micromanaged, and spoken to in a condescending, infantilizing tone. -The culture is fear-based, not collaborative feedback is unwelcome. -Processes are painfully outdated and bureaucratic, completely out of step with modern HR practices. -Training is virtually nonexistent, and expectations are unclear. -Constant turnover, especially in HR.
