      Pros

      Good start for students and new comers. Hourly employees have good opportunities to work overtime.

      Cons

      To start with HR has “no reply” policy. It is usually a one way communication. Same with the management. Always a one way communication. Working overtime is mandatory and no one will ask whether you are willing to work overtime. If you are not part of the “group” you will be targeted all the time. The policy of hire and fire is quite prevalent. Wouldn’t recommend any experienced professional to join this company.

      Good health insurance coverage and feminine supplies provided.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic management culture. Promotions and advancement are often tied to compliance rather than competence, and showing confidence, self-respect, integrity, courage, a spine, or even a desire for work-life balance can put a target on your back. Management’s primary methods of communication are yelling, blame, intimidation, and threats toward job security. Corrective actions and coaching are practically nonexistent until leadership has already decided you are no longer considered a “fit” for the company.
