      Pros

      good projects, good for your resume.

      Cons

      It’s a mentally exhausting place with a lot of complicated dynamics and bullying. Managers do whatever they want, and HR is useless—they can’t even help themselves. Most HR people don’t last more than a year and a half. Salary is low.

      Pros

      Building portfolios, lots of great works you will be doing, learning experience as well, whether in team working, and your personal individual skills.

      Cons

      There are lots of extra amount of working hours, difficult to manage your timing because of the amount of works. Difficult to maintain work / life balance
