Current management - across almost all of the departments have risen to a level of incompetence that makes working under the frustrating beyond belief. Peter's Principle is hard at work here.
Pay for most trades on low end of industry, comparatively.
Union, PSAC, is terrible at representing the local.
If you aren't in line with managers beliefs, expect to the cold shoulder and to be excluded from any decision making or influence.
This is supposed to be a company at arms length from YG, but is effectively another active branch.
