      New leadership team is talented and bringing much needed change to the company. Excellent benefits, perks and work-life balance. Generous time off. Great people.

      Employees that have been with the company for years are resistant to change and improved processes and systems (including technology).

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
