      There are no pro's at this company. For all new employees, avoid applying to this company.

      Cons

      Unstable company with an awful culture, awful way of working and lack of HR presence. They have gone through a couple of HR people which already shows the instability of the company, horrible recruitment process, horrible benefits, low salaries and an all around joke of a company. Anyone looking for a professional working environment and career growth this is not the place to work.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
