The company is the definition of old fashioned. The product is great however everyone in any position of authority has been there for decades and is very stuck in their ways resulting in slow growth from a career standpoint. Depending on department work can be challenging but due to the lack of change in certain departments career can become very stagnant. The only reason they’re thriving is due to the low number of competitors in the US market.
Also, diversity is non-existent.
