Pros

Some opportunities for career progression Fast-paced environment, you can learn to handle a lot of responsibility. The only positive part is flexibility and work-life balance.

Cons

Low compensation: despite promises, salary reviews never happened. After 5 years, inflation significantly reduced my real income, and management keeps saying their “hands are tied”. Weak management culture: local managers often blame “upper management” instead of taking ownership. Cost-cutting everywhere: when people leave, it usually takes 6–8 months before management approves a replacement. Meanwhile, the remaining team burns out under constant overload. Career growth without rewards: titles may change, but salary and recognition don’t follow. No real benefits compared to industry standards (fruit days and paid parking in a city center is not a benefit just FYI)

Cons

The organization appears to rely heavily on a small group of influential individuals whose priorities often seem disconnected from the broader needs of employees and the business. This can create perceptions of favoritism, limit diverse perspectives, and negatively impact trust, collaboration, and morale across the company.
