The flexibility to work from home and adjust your schedule makes a big difference, especially when life gets busy. The work culture is professional yet welcoming, and there are regular company events that bring people together—my favorite being the overnight trip to Blue Mountain. It’s a great opportunity to connect with colleagues and take a break from the usual routine
Cons
The main downside is the traffic, which can make commuting a hassle depending on your location. However, the hybrid model helps reduce that stress. Like any accounting firm, things can get hectic during busy seasons, but that’s to be expected.
