Not enough hours to survive - Part-Time Sales Associate zehrs Employee Review

They won’t give you the hours they promise. I was hired and told “20-25 hours a week” and I’m lucky if I get 10. Manager says “not my problem”. They get upset I’m asking for more hours because I don’t take the “offered shifts” but almost every shift offered to me has been within 30 minutes of it starting. I was told since October that hours would increase in December for holidays and starting December my hours have literally been cut in half and decrease every week. 2 weeks ago I worked 10 hours, last week 8 and next week I work 4 hours the entire week.
