Pros
Occasionally we'd get free food left in the break room.
Cons
Awful management, awful environment. I was booked illegal shifts (I was a teenager and not able to deal with the legal process of handling such issues), and when I complained they used union rules about shifts as an excuse to ignore local employment law about them. Every coworker I had hated it there. When I called to get a reference 6 months after leaving, both of my supervisors, most of my coworkers, and the front-end manager had all quit, leaving nobody to actually give me a reference (and serving as a perfect encapsulation of how awful the company was to work at). There's a reason they have such a high turnover rate for employees, I would choose almost literally any other employer over them. I was pushed into a position other than the one I applied and was hired for, and when I later tried to move into the position I had initially been slated for, I was ignored. We were regularly encouraged to ignore safety requirements in order to get the job done faster.
