Work Conditions Getting WORSE After Acquisition

-Benefits (average paramedical + dental plan); contracts don't get benefits -Free Coffee + Tea -Cafeteria (but not very tasty food)

-FAKE REVIEWS. All the 5 star ratings review below are planted by the upper management/HR team.. be weary of them! -EXTRA WORKLOAD/ EXTREME LAYOFFS . Whether you are in finance, accounting, IT, etc -- employees are constantly given more work and people are just getting laid off; HR only stands on the side of managers when it comes to employees' complaints.. -FAST-PACED UNIONIZED ENVIRONMENT. Like all other unionized-environment, -NO FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS. Be prepared for lots of extra after work hours without any overtime pay! -NO GROWTH/DEVELOPMENT. Upper management will only look out for their own benefits.. this is the unfortunate reality at this place! -HR BEING PUPPET OF MANAGEMENT. The authorities in this department just gets pushed around by their parent company's management and they have no power to support employees LOL

Pretty decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Legal department thinks they are smarter than all people, including clients. You can't trust the HR department. If you have a complaint against any of the management, they will tell them and then have you fired.

Outside of the HR Department the company was mostly great. Benefits and pay are competitive.

Cons

Do not recommend anyone consider being employed for Payroll/Time & Attendance/HR Administration, management is poor at best. No possibility for growth, recognition and advancement. Look here only if you want a dead end data entry job and micromanagement.
