Everything is "OK"

Pros

The pay, schedule, day-to-day, and opportunities are all "ok", nothing crazy but the work is also very repetitive with not much innovation or opportunity for it. In HVAC, if you think of something it has probably already been done before. Good for people who enjoy the same tasks day in and day out, and want a stable work environment. There will always be demand for HVAC equipment or replacement components.

Cons

Be ready to use decade-old software that is proprietary to the company, monotonous work, and a very old school approach to all tasks. Very different from the new technology which is taught in school. Also for new employees, you will not be notified of the current work schedule (7:30am-5pm for office workers, 6:30am-5pm for factory workers) until your first day, so make sure you plan around being fatigued at work.

Pros

Nothing is good about this company from the Top to bottom. Not an equal opportunity employer. Management does not recognize skills of other genders equally, and decisions are made without consultation.

Cons

Mandatory vacation twice per year. Don't plan a family trip away because they won't allow your family vacation. Lack of commitment towards company policies by management.
