      Truly excellent teams that support each other through collaboration and guidance with a focus on competence. VP Sales is a truly excellent character that cares about his people, is engaged and drives strategy on all divisions s. VP Operations is also very plugged into the business, driving strategy and goals while caring about his people. A fun work environment with talented people, excellent work-life balance, and significant opportunity through growth.

      Cons

      Limited policies and procedures for HSE and culture being a young private company, but the CEO is focused on building.
