interesting and challenging work,, salary compensation is slightly above average in the industry
Cons
Too much office politics between departments. Lack of clear directions from senior managements. Opportunities for promotion or internal transfer are minimal unless you worked for the company for a long time. People treated as liabilities not as assests which usually results in laid off people on large projects when they are finished
