      Pros

      Casual dress code, no overtime.

      Cons

      Management is only concerned with $$. No training is provided. You are expected to learn on the job and when something goes wrong, it's your head on the plate. The management has created a culture of blame shifting. Employees in the consulting group are not told but are basically encouraged to turn in low quality work and overbill clients. Management do not care about the company. The turnover is very high because employee moral is very low and everyone wants to leave.

      Pros

      Able to learn a broad spectrum of terminology related to the pharma industry(if you're willing to be pushed and shoved around by senior staff), makes one a jack of all trades and a master of none.

      Cons

      Absolutely no growth if you decide to work here long term, every other week the company loses a team member due to unprofessionalism at the workplace, bullying by senior staff, lack of bonuses, performance reviews, constant nagging and extreme pressure o meet sales targets when quality management in an otherwise regulated environment is NEVER pressured to meet sales targets The top management seem to think only about the money, they have absolutely no skill or expertise in the are of quality systems and quality management and continue to bring out very low quality, sub-standard work, which is the acceptable norm. Just learn what you can and quit, it's what everyone does because you're not valued as a human being let alone employee!

      Pros

      Good benefits, pension, vacation and friendly co-workers. That's about it.

      Cons

      - Horrible management practices. Managers and supervisors constantly harass you to produce unrealistic results. If you refuse, you get ridiculed and harassed. - No chance of opportunity to grow within the company - you stay in the same level for years and years. - Very low pay, respect and gratitude from management
