Good pay and benefits, but poor management issues

Good money, lots of hours, good health/dental benefit for full time

Cons

Bad/disorganized management, company doesn't protect you, make u feel bad for calling in sick saying that the your coworkers will suffer to cover for you, you get night shifts if you are new and it's rly hard to move onto afternoon or morning shifts

Cons

Inconsistent Policies: Management frequently changes policies to suit their own interests without much notice. Guilt-tripping over Sick Days: There is a negative atmosphere or "guilt-tripping" when you actually need to use your sick leave. Unstable Bonus Criteria: The standards for bonuses are constantly shifting, making it hard to stay motivated. Hostile Work Environment: The nature of the job often puts you in a position where you're prone to verbal abuse or constant criticism.

regular pay free coffee lots of gossip -if you enjoy gossip its a pro will hire anyone with any background

Cons

irregular time shifts with lots of graveyard shift poor management within the company - policies and standard always change - no room for promotion - less salary when you promoted poor working environment - bright spotlight direct to your eyes - poor ventilation with sick colleagues - very dry air micro-management on reviewing work performance lots of flatterer colleagues boring
