No Growth, Little Pay, Extreme Dress Code

Your coworkers and supervisor wants the best for you, lots of training available. Either you love the place and work there for 30 years or you quit in a few weeks.

Cons

Very little pay, no where to move up in the company. You must wear a suit and tie, even for non-client facing work. Not worth the dress code for such a small pay. Demotivating environment. Very sterile and stagnant. Middle management works in the same area as clerks and agents.

there are no best reasons, the place is a joke, unless you are in with the boss/manager you might as well forget it. The pay totally sucks, when some joe blow off the street who doesn't know anything gets paid more than someone that has been working there as a rater for a few years, there is something wrong there. The dress code is crap also, why do you have to dress up (guys wear ties) when no one really visits, and if they do they do not come out to meet everyone. People are leaving this company left and right, and people with a lot of years there, it is crazy they way they treat their employees.

Cons

No regards for employees , they write on their website our employees are our best asset . Big lie, management has no regards for employees, poor training for employees. Management sees employees as slaves, all you do is work and no good pay. Lots of cons in this place
