Pros

Nothing- although they promised the world

Cons

Lured in by their "bottom up" compensation plan and "multiple" product lines. I soon found out they only push certain companies and tried to get me to cancel all the old policies for my previous clients. Just another joke Financial company that makes big promises and lies through the teeth.

Hello, I would like to respond to your concerns as best I can given the structure of this limited forum. I will invite you to email us at info@experiorfinancial.com if you feel we have not addressed your concerns. Our compensation plan is unique and attractive and we do offer multiple product lines. In Regina, Experior Financial Advisors are currently sponsored by Assumption Life and due to this our Advisors do need to utilize Assumption's products whenever it best suits their clients needs in order to hit their annual target. This does not mean that our Advisors should only use Assumption products, especially if it does not best suit the client. This goes for all brokers in Saskatchewan regardless of which MGA or Sponsor the Advisor works with. We would never ask Advisors to cancel their clients policies however we do encourage you to always review and know your clients (KYC) and their current situation and change their plan as needed. As always, as an Advisor with Experior Financial Group, please contact us directly at info@experiorfinancial.com to discuss your concerns and allow us to assist you further.

Pros

At Experior there are no quotas to meet allowing advisers to take a non-pressured approach with clients. Minimal monthly fees to be a part of the back office within the company as compared to the exorbitant fees at other companies. Phenomenal support from every leader within the company, from the CEO (Jamie Prickett) and down. The best compensation structure within the industry that allows advisers to stay afloat from the beginning and be successful in financial services. OWNERSHIP OWNERSHIP OWNERSHIP - You own your book of business from start to finish, unlike other companies that claim to give you full control of your book.

Cons

If you are not hungry and driven to be successful within the financial services industry then no company will be for you.

Pros

Fairly easy job. No previous experience needed.

Cons

Hard to narrow down everything wrong with this company. First off, there is a cult-like mentality within the company. If you aren't blindly loving everything Experior, the owner's and managers will make your life difficult. There is clear favouritism and nepotism is the number one hiring practice. Most staff are related to each other in one way or another and these people receive the most benefits and leniency. You may wonder why the glassdoor score is so high, and that is because agents are told to post positive reviews. If you read through them you'll see they are especially cheesy. One last thing I want to note is their payment structure for agents. They say they pay the most in the industry but in reality, unless you become one of the special few at the top, your compensation is drastically less than other companies. They will try to convince you this isn't true, but review their structure. Unless you want to recruit a large team, you'll never reach the higher tiers.
