Cons

Extremely busy. Complex environment where all the changes impact cross functionally. Sit on video calls all day - hard to understand the in office mandate.

- Backsliding on hybrid work - Managers don’t truly listen to employee concerns - Management avoids tough conversations that ripple through (negatively) in other ways - Employees are afraid to speak up despite an internal campaign encouraging us to do so - Hiring and promotions are not all based on merit and actual qualifications
