At its core, FCT is a great company but it started to trend downhill like it did in early 2000.

Cons

- Cult-like leaders and followers - Yes, Yes, Yes men and women - Clowns to the left and Jokers to the right - CTO handed IT reigns to the Godfather, a psychopathic, narcissistic, experts at all know nothing. - Work from home equates to 24/7 availability.

Favoritism and nepotism is the name of the game here. Don't expect to get ahead by just doing good work. You are looked down on if you are ever unable to work overtime. Very cliquey, like being in high school all over again, even when it comes to management. If they don't like the way you look, or talk, or dress, you will definitely be looked down on, and never given proper opportunities to succeed. Pay is very low compared to industry standards. Honestly not worth the stress you will be under.

Nice office - cafeteria onsite - gym facilities onsite

Cons

Hard to get to - not much options for lunch. Management is threatened by knowledgeable employees. High school atmosphere - not a place I would recommend for experienced professionals.
