Pros

There is absolutely no reason to work for this company as they don't care at all for their employees. They pretend that they do but the reality is far from it. Join at your own risk in this pathetic company

Cons

Do not work for their IT team as they are a bunch of idiots who do not know anything about their jobs and they expect new joiners to know everything about their awful company. Refrain from joining them as they just hire and fire..There i sno training and people are just moving around like stupids without any purpose.

Beware OF The Cult, FGF

Pros

- There are many good-hearted workers who are good at their work and good with their fellow workers - 12 Hour shifts help you get the hours you need in a week - Most team leaders are friendly and great to work with

Cons

- There are some very emotionally destructive people in positions of power they should not have. I swear that I witnessed this every time I worked. There is one person there who always has a disgusted, angry look on their face barking commands and speaking negatively. - Very condescending leadership roles can be present - Environment is very stressful on workers - If there is any conflict or complaint that is pertaining to someone in a higher position above the common worker, the company terminates you whether you are right or wrong almost behaving like cult. You are always wrong and the company I am suspicious of does not handle justice very fairly. I witnessed a new worker be treated very degraded on their first day and pushed hard so the company responded by letting them go. This is outrageous. - Needs a formal external inspection for safety of the workers. Something is not right here.

Pros

Free food worth it? Absolutly not

Cons

Worked there for several years they work you to the bone. I am almost 40 in good shape and I have never felt so run down I was getting these pains in the side of my head from being way over stressed the doctor had told me. I had heard that when you get fired from here they belittle you and yell at you and treat you like you are a useless piece of garbage and that everyone here gets fired I had a hard time believing it, well on more then one occasion I had seen this happen and it does not make you feel comfortable as they berate other co workers as they are high above you wealth wise so their mentality is I am better than you, the owners knew about personal issues I had that occurred from working in their facility from being over stressed and worked. When they went to fire me they called a meeting for the whole department to watch two others plus myself be humiliated. In the end it was the best decision they could have made or I would probably be still there with a heart attack under my belt. My Advice to anyone reading this is to stay away, stay far away. These 5 star reviews are far from the truth and probably paid to write from their sheep employees. if you value your personal well being and sanity do not join the dis-functional gourmet foods..
