- zero stars rating for zero-integrity individuals working for years at this financial services company - it's astounding that these people managed to rise through the ranks and continue to work at this company flying under the radar - which says a lot about this organization as a whole - that "no integrity" is systemic and endemic to this company's culture - these people don't lack the skills and competence to do their jobs but have major, almost fatal, character flaws that should not be tolerated - yet they are tolerated - but then you don't have to; you have a choice - you'll work with deceitful, vindictive, despotic, apathetic people - because of these character flaws, these people will never change; you can be sure they exhibit consistent deplorable behaviors towards everyone at all times in all aspects of their lives - and that "everyone" will include you if you decide to take this job - and you'll have no voice, no recourse - and that'll be your everyday working life - but then again, you don't have to; you have a choice - so make the harder choice and keep looking; take your talents and skills somewhere else - do yourself a favor and think long term; the right one will come along with patience; this is the harder choice - but harder choices now lead to an easier life later - and easier choices now, harder life later - you choose
