Pros

If you love being in high-school forever, then the mentality of this place will be right up your alley.

Cons

Don't expect any recognition for hard work. Salary raises are given to their favourites. Very much a boys club. Double-standards. No chance for promotion to a national level unless you are male. HR are poor listeners and always on-side with management. Take your grievances elsewhere (like another law firm). Not a warm and fuzzy environment to work in at all. IT department has no real direction and requires knowledgeable IT people. Network performance is slower than cutting bricks with a dull knife. Not so good for billable time. They only care about the bottom line: money. Caring for actual people is not in their policy. If you are not a lawyer, then you are nobody. I thought they outlawed slavery long ago.

Honestly, everyone seems quite miserable here.

Pros

Okay benefits and nice building to work in.

Cons

No room for career advancement Ironically, there is space for advancement IF you don't have an education, there are managers without university degrees here. The onboarding process and training needs drastic improvement.

Dismal and demotivating

Pros

Convenient location, good benefits package

Cons

Tense and fearful atmosphere, collaboration and communication are discouraged. No long-term vision (or at least not one that management shares with their reports), no goal-setting, no direction. Path to success: Do as you're told and question nothing. High turnover, with good reason.
