Pros

Able to work from home if need be Company car with gas card Company supplied tech required to do the job

Cons

- you will not be paid anywhere near close enough for the volume of work expected of you nor for the position you hold or years of experience, you will be underpaid by at least 50,000 per year from what you should get -Little to know training on how their company wants things done. -more cases given than can be handled by 1 person in the time alotted -when seeking help you will almost never be able to find someone who can and of you do they likely will refuse to help or brush it off as nothing - if you are a female you are first on the chopping block even when you are doing everything right. -you will express an area of concern you have with your job performance to try to get some help in that area and you will be told you are doing amazing and not to worry about it and then they will use that exact concern you brought to them a month or 2 prior against you -regardless of taking responsibility for any mistakes made and working to fix the mistakes as well as implementing strategies to insure they do not happen in the furture you will be told that you do not take enough accountability or initiative

Pros

Great dedicated site teams on large loss and complex claims

Cons

No respect for personal time or work life balance. Manager will call on weekends/evenings outside of work hours while you’re not on call and expects you to answer/work. They turn a blind eye to bullying and verbally abusive management.
