Pros

Daily free staff meals. No late night shifts, early morning shifts or over night shifts. Added bonus of daily repetitive unfunny Five Guys jokes from the customers.

Cons

This company and it's franchisees push their employees too hard for too little money. They expect a lot from their underpaid managers, underpaid shift leaders, and underpaid crew.

Pros

Awful compassion towards the mentally ill so no not a pro. I had no food at home so at least I got free burgers. Cause your employees can't even afford it

Cons

You have sons and daughters. You are human beings. I am someone's daughter. Sick, poor, and frail. And I was pushed out of your company for my "bad attitude." Im sure if your secret shoppers knew that I witnessed the death of my father at 19, they'd cut me some slack. I'm only 21 and have been working non stop ever since to provide and be strong for my family. Terrible work support.

Pros

Free meal free beverages.. good music.

Cons

The shift leader are little snot nosed teenagers that have no clue on how to manage anyone or anything. They are all paid a little above min wage, little pay ,big power tripping attitudes. IMost of them came from McDonalds which says it all. Upper management have their own way of doing things, and order you around like your worthless. You are told by one to do things one way, and then another does it another way, you dont know if you are coming or going. You couldnt pay me enough to stay in this type of work environment.
