Was Great Until Market 2022 Downturn

Everything was amazing until the market downturn in mid-2022. Then the CEO panicked. Nothing worse than a panicky CEO. He has forgotten that we are the same people who led him to some AMAZING years 2020-2021 despite the odds. But when the economy tanked, clients budgets were cut and they stopped buying, and stock price fell. Very important to remember that the CEO’s net worth is largely company stock. So he panicked, cut 5% of staff, reduced benefits, and required office days with a two week notice. He is punishing the people to try to fix the leadership mistakes. Communication from leadership is heartless and out of touch. They are destroying a great culture very fast. The good reviews on here are before mid2022. Take a look at the graph of the ratings and see for yourself.

Strong legacy. “Forrester” on a resume can still open doors for new opportunities.

If a company kicks off a third year in a row with a round of layoffs, then something is fundamentally wrong. A lot has been said about lack of direction, mismanagement, low motivation, no growth, lack of job security. It’s disheartening to see a once great company fumble because it can’t adapt to the changing market realities. The same company that is expected to teach other businesses to grow is shrinking, held hostage to its authoritarian, delusional CEO.
