Cons
So many to list: -management uses psychological bullying tactics -they expect you to do work above your pay grade but refuse to promote/pay you appropriately -no work/life balance -if you don't have full availability (basically 9am-9pm, 7 days a week) you are looked down on and penalized, even if you want one night off a week to take a class. While managers are allowed to do this and make schedules to fit their own needs -not given the legal amount of time between shifts -sometimes made to work 10 days in a row -management reviews are inconsistent and based on favouritism and not your actual work -constantly been promised coaching in order to advance and then never receiving it, they can keep you on the hook of the promise of advancement for months/years on end -gossip culture in stores and in between stores in the district -high turnover, especially of managers -inconsistent and time consuming warranty and repair policies/process
