Pros

Literally no pros at all company sucks

Cons

Management is a joke, they could care less about their employees, they steal hours from you, they don’t pay over time, management acts like children, they legally don’t know how to schedule you properly meaning changing schedule without 24 hour notice and forcing you to work OT yet they don’t have to pay. Literally working on my labor board file now to get back 30 hours they never paid me for PLUS they make you pay for a work line which is manditory ... jokes on you because you can’t charge an employee for this line. If you enjoy your sanity stay away

Pros

Within my time at FVW I moved around to 4 different locations and enjoyed working at each one. The work environment was consistent and the people were awesome. My experience with management was for the most part positive and I felt I was given the support I needed to do really well. There's a variety of ways to make money and it's all about being proactive, creative and motivated. The commission structure is profitable if you don't let the slower times define your days! the company will support your efforts whether its going out in the community, putting on an in store event or giving good incentives for customers and staff. I got to go on 2 trip incentives during my time at FVW because of working hard at my sales goals, which was awesome. If my final years of school was not my focus, I would still be working at FVW!

Cons

Not a con, but a suggestion. More team events because it has been really nice getting out and meeting everyone in the company! Just as I was leaving this has started to become a more often thing!
