- Experienced co-workers and supervisors - Engaging work and great sense of accomplishment per day - Great benefits package and RRSP options

Cons

- Upper management do not have a great understanding how the work is done - No remote work options available - Mandatory overtime at variable times of the year

Decent benefits, friendly hard working co-workers, opportunity for upward movement.

Cons

Terribly managed (4 different managers over the course of 5 months), poverty wages with no or little yearly raises, boring useless work, old and poorly ventilated open office space, low grade equipment, purely profit driven corporate structure with complete detachment from grievances of their workers.
