Pros

Base salary is not bad. Work from home. Good team; members support each other. Lots to learn (on your own )

Cons

You get 3 months to produce numbers. If not you're quickly dismissed. Management is very poor especially in cyber security sales. The leadership team have cleaned house many times and just think its a next up situation. High pressure cadence calls and a lot of disrespect from up above.

Pros

People on the ground floor are excellent. Knowledgeable, Passionate, Loyal.

Cons

Management s the worst I've seen in thirty years of professional employment. Old managers running business in an outdated mode. Do not use ITIL, do not even know what Agile Scrum is. It's 2015. Management not only tolerates poor performance to the customer, but drives it and justifies it. (never fixing it). Management is a interesting blending of being both ignorant and arrogant. Leadership refuses to accept responsibility for crippling the workforce. Macroscope - the backbone of Fujitsu is not employed nor even referenced. A deceitful, treacherous toxic location. Turnover is high. Clients and Customers are dissatisfied. Fear culture.

Pros

Job flexibility. Flexible hours and work from home option. Nobody watches you (mostly because they are not organized and nobody cares). In certain roles you can work for weeks without even login to your computer And nobody would say a word. ok benefits and some nice co-workers. Though a lot of great people left recently.

Cons

In 8 years the company went from great to horrible. Slow year by year things are being cut. Started with reducing vacation (from 4 weeks to 3), removing personal days and optional stat holidays. Then cutting down on employee engagement. To the point where you cant spent a penny without approval. You cant even have water cooler in the office as it is too expensive.... nowadays there are absolutely no employee events or in class trainings. Yet internal processes and policies are a complete mess, they have employees and expensive contractors who just sit and watch videos in the office as their IT equipment is not ready. Or pay phone bills for someone who left company more than 10 years ago.... it is almost impossible to get a promotion especially if you are non-billable and doing a good job. It is impossible to transfer to another international location unless you are an upper management. Nobody even responds to your job applications. In 8 years my salary increased by less than 1 percent a year...
