Cons

low salary, no career advancement, no growth, no outlook. It's basically a cheap labor camp. they use you then loose you. Turnover is at like 80%. Only reason I got out was that I was smart about it and used what I had to my advantage. we were once asked to not attend the head office Christmas party, what the hell is that? lol

Pros

Jobs are onsite at the clients' location. Great opportunity to network and learn through clients' training programs. Benefits (dental, medical) are good.

Cons

There are no "training specialists" at GP. GP functions like a placement agency. They are only interested in hiring the "next" available person in order to make they're sales quota. Little to no professional development offered to employees. Little support offered from upper management regarding quantity of work assigned). Salary level is below industry standard. High turnover of staff. Culture & Values are talked about but not acted on. There are no opportunities for advancement unless there are other clients in the vicinity that GP works with.
