Poor management with wrong skill set and unable to retain talented employees

Able front line employees. Not a whole lot more to say. It was not a positive environment.

Cons

No salary increment. Not sure how this company can survive when the good guys are leaving.

Free food, free coffee, free drinks, salary and benefits are reasonable. But you are paying for it for basically its not a pro.

Cons

Lots of pressure, always asking for more with less resources, upper management do not listen to the real issues, head office is arrogant and tells you what to do, this is a company that shows no empathy for its people and never will. I was manipulated by management and set up for failure because they did not have the courage to tell me to leave. This is the worst working experience I ever had and Hr was not there to assist they only made my experience worse. Horrible people.

Lots of interaction with customers and exposure to a fast paced environment.. An extra perk is that you get to sample a lot of foods

Cons

The work life / personal life not not always very balanced especially during busy seasons. This is a union environment so there are some added challenges there as well.
