Pros

bright office environment, newly renovated

Cons

Laziness, complacency, lack of direction and deceit in the team. HR is full of themselves and there is a lot of favouritism. If you want to get promoted, it's about who you know, not what you do. Also, it helps to be an attractive Caucasian person.

Pros

The company has good benefits and good overall compensation. The company provides a good package and a suite of benefits.

Cons

The company builds a culture of timidity. Discourages personal leadership and requires people to have a central person in charge of all decisions.
