Too many chiefs, not enough soldiers. Every chief defending their fiefdom, and tons of politics between teams,to the detriment of the workers. Hard to confer with coworkers, because there always seem to be meetings. This is an at-will company, so you can be let go without notice. When the HR department comprises nearly 10% of the entire staff, you *know* there's something going on.

Some departments could be very political. The one i know is IT/IS Employees sitting there for decades are just playing politics. If you are a part of some cultural gang you will survive otherwise... good luck. They just promote anyone without even analyzing if a person is a good fit for leadership role. Which sometimes becomes very uncomfortable because they make stupid decisions which in no way goes in favour of the company of their business. They hire incompetent people to create teams that would do wonders! Salaries are below market. Those who are interested to go in should emphasize on base salary. Their bonus structure is very tricky.
