GeoSpectrum is a "good ol' boys club". There are no career opportunities for anyone new as they are already predetermined. Expect to be underpaid for your position and given senior level responsibilities. Management will make sure to tell you how great it is that you’re a part of the team, and that you need to do your part to help the company throughout the financial struggles they have securing contracts and funding to keep you employed, while they simultaneously roll up in their $220,000 Porsches and pay off their million-dollar mortgages. If you work here for more than 2-3 years, you're a sucker and can do better.
