Pros

Benefits - Annual Fitness Credit Great yoga and Pilates program organized by the HR department. This refreshes employees to allow them to work overtime hours without complaints.

Cons

Working conditions - If you love having a great work-life balance, but you enjoy work more. You will get exactly that. Great place if you want to work extra overtime hours with no compensation (difficult to get time-lieu of OT worked). Management style - Great place to work if you are looking for superiors who enjoy micro-managing and restricting your autonomy. Knowledge - There is a lack of technical accounting knowledge. Be prepared to bear the brunt of the work and do not expect to grow. Leadership - The so-called leaders of the company deflect blame and pose this to their subordinates.

Management changed and the accounting department became very different. Management is not knowledgeable and look like they take credit for work done by employees. Employees get little recognition for lots of work done. You must enjoy doing lots of work for little to no reward. Turnover is very high in accounting. Be careful reading Glentel employee reviews. Some sound like a company advertisement and will only say goods things about the company. The disorganization and turnover is high so there should be improvements. There is a lot that can be improved in management.

Terrible Leadership management

Pros

-Meeting new people daily -Very loyal customer base -At one point was a GREAT place to work u til Hargunder Parmar took over and ruined the business.

Cons

-Worst leadership management EVER - No such thing as “Work-Life Balance” - No care of staff/Managers Mental health - Company claims they have morals and values but that is false -They cheat customers and when caught, managers and staff are reprimanded - No sense of good customer service -They do not care about employees -Most of the time 87%-90% turn over rate
