Pros

- some of the team mentioned that last year was better but given current pay rates I’m not sure how it could be good. Cool people but the management is weak

Cons

- management doesn't care about you. They pull up in the Mercedes while you take the bus… seems like they are focused elsewhere and don’t care if you succeed cause they still get paid.
