Pros

- Worked with great coworkers - Okay benefits - Sent us to Vienna for a big party

Cons

- Company has no direction - CEOs have no idea what they're doing and what they're spending money on - Laid off all Canadian and Latin American employees right before Christmas after spending millions on acquiring another company - Your typical start-up company that overhires, overs spends, fires a huge portion of their employees, closes multiple international markets, uproots thousands of lives, and then blames the economy instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes Don't trust a word the CEOs say about the future of the company. They know they won't be personally affected by the company's poor spending habits so they'll continue to drive the company into the ground and take you with them.

Pros

- 5-10 day onboarding filled with good training and sales material. Making outbound calls to customers on day 5. - Mostly remote, 1-2 days in the office per week - Annual company paid trip, this year to Vienna Austria - Decent base salary and good benefits/vacation - Friendly team/management

Cons

- Poor tech stack and sales tools. Tons of inconsistencies, lags in the system, and work arounds which was inefficient. - A lot of unnecessarily complicated admin work to do while trying to hit your daily KPIs. - Their ideal schedule for a Sales Rep to work is from 9:30am - 7:30pm Monday - Friday and 1-5pm Saturday/Sunday meaning they want you to work 7 days a week. They have Ontario reps servicing B.C. leads so you would have to call back leads at 9:30pm etc. However, after discussing with management, it seems like they will be flexible with you on the schedule, you just might not reach your sales targets if you don't. - Compensation seems great during interview phase but when you realize how many hours must be put in to guarantee receiving your commission, it's not worth it in my opinion. Poor work/life balance.
