Pros

if you like things that are constantly changing and you’re okay with a bit of chaos, you’ll probably like it here. I do. You’ve got to be up for handling whatever’s thrown at you, but honestly, it’s a good way to learn a lot fast. Our team is tight-knit and everyone’s really into what they do, which makes a big difference. We’re all about making an impact, not just clocking in and out. Plus, if you're hungry there is massive opportunity to rise up and take on different roles to learn & master whatever you want to become.

Cons

You have to be on your game all the time. It can get intense with the pace we move at and the bar is set high. Not much in the way of hand-holding, so you’ve got to be self-driven. And yeah, sometimes the rapid changes mean you’re reshuffling your workload more than you might like, you're expected to manage your own time and results is what matters, not effort.
