Pros

There were some great employees who cared about their jobs- before the mass layoffs.

Cons

No job stability -would never recommend a friend or family to work there. Mass layoffs of many long term staff done without respect or dignity. With new CEO a change of culture with no respect for employees and a new culture of fear for ones job. Only way your job is safe is if you are buddy's with the CEO.

Pros

Getting a paycheck on a bi-weekly basis

Cons

Executive Managements primary concern is building themselves up in the community as patrons of good faith, while behind closed doors ignoring critical level staffing issues placing vulnerable seniors at risk, dismiss employee concerns, permit internal promotion regardless of qualifications for the position, ROTTEN staff morale due to the above and significantly lower wages possibly because executive managements payroll is nearly 1 million annually for 3 people????? Now that’s a fabulous non profit charitable organization isn’t it. Benefits for a family 2-3 ppl are nearly equivalent to $600.00 PER MONTH. Which by the way is basic plan no eyewear coverage, 500 max for Physio, massage, per year so hey folks you can go get 2 physio appointments and a massage for the entire year or 3 therapy sessions. The lower ranking employees won’t stand up for their rights for fear of loosing their job or being yelled at in front of co workers and residents. The corporate head office staff do t know if they are coming or going. Raises are non existent. Very toxic workplace
