The training and onboarding was well-paced and the trainer took time after each step to ensure that the info was landing. Great support in new role. Any item of tech I needed was offered swiftly and is top notch. Graymont embraces a modern and refreshing approach to WFH and remote, and every manager I’ve encountered so far has supported a healthy work-life balance. There’s no undue or unfair pressure, guilt, or suspicion put upon remote workers. You are treated like an experienced and responsible adult, not micro managed. Team meetings have great vibes, positive and transparent. Nothing about this feels like a corporate-body farm, as it has for other large companies I’ve worked for.

Cons

Safety culture is a joke. Poor management, poor health benefits, Zero mentoring. The tools are cheap and equipment is crap. Management is more concerned about numbers than employees, weak union. It's a dead end job unless, you have soft lips. Bring your Vaseline, you'll need it!
